SHIPPING POLICY
Your order ships directly from our SamWilli, not a drop shipper or warehouse. Most orders ship within 4 days. Some orders may be delayed due to a temporary shortage of a specific style or size. Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items through production and on their way to you as fast as possible.
**All products are shipped USPS priority mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped. SamWilli is not responsible for USPS shipping times.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges
​
We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the right fit. To qualify for free shipping, exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and complete with tags. We will ship the exchange item to you as soon as possible. Inside the exchange package will be a prepaid return envelope for the item you wish to return. Please drop off the return package within 5 business days of receiving your exchange.
Returns

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn and complete with tags. Returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be sent to the payment method used to process your order. Cost of return shipping restocking will be deducted from your refund, $7 per order.
* Clearance product sales are final — no returns.

How to Return:
To make a return you must have your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, as well the email you used to make the purchase.
We will email you a return slip and prepaid packaging label as soon as possible. Please package the item you are returning along with the return slip and seal the package. Drop off the return package with postage clearly visible at your local post office within 5 business days of receiving your return labels.
